I’m nick gladmon,

A graduate from the University of North Georgia with a B.S. in Film and Digital Media, focusing in video editing. I have 3+ years experience in video editing and post-production work. I am also an advert lover of the spicy chicken sandwich from Chick-fi-la.

I have always been captivated by games and computers anything electronic really. I’ve spent countless hours handling the two. Then I fell in love with the art of visual story telling; being the man behind the screen piecing the story together. Today, I am capable of combining my knowledge, skill set, and passion to enhance and express the art of visual story telling in a compelling and professional manner.

Outside of editing, you can find me watching films and Esports events, playing soccer, or playing video games.

CREATIVE STATEMENT

My passion for films and media stem not only from the world that is shown to us from the big screen, but from the creative process that happens within us. The feelings that well up inside when you see another persons reaction to your creative piece, the fact that you can touch somebody with your work; right in front of you or thousands of miles away, and at the end, when you finished a project and you know its done… you have left your imprint. I no longer can just make a film, music video, highlight reel, documentary, etc. I have to create it. When you create something, it involves your imagination and original ideals. A combination of fiction and fact of your actually life experiences cultivate your creation. When you make something you do it in a sense that you had to. When you create something… it’s in a sense that you want to. I create because it allows me to produce sentiment.
